We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead to join our Marketing and Branding team. In this visible leadership role, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will help plan and execute marketing campaign measurement, inclusive of testing. You will work closely with cross functional teams to help inform campaign KPIs, build reporting, and draw valuable conclusions from analyses that will enable the evolution of how we market to Clients and Prospects. A balance of analytical skills as well as strong organization and communication skills is key.

LOCATION: New York, London, Madrid, Remote


  • Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions and goals, bringing structure to business requests, translating requirements into an analytical project approach, and leading complex projects through completion. Delegate tasks and provide tactical and strategic guidance to peers while serving as the marketing analytics expert on cross-functional teams for large strategic initiatives.
  • Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data and verify its quality, accuracy and reasonableness.
  • Perform analysis of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Validate analytical techniques employed by other analysts.
  • Prepare and deliver expert level visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement.
  • Develop, own and manage recurring analytic or reporting processes.
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing analytics. Experience in an agency is preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • A balance of analytical skills as well as strong organization and communication skills is key
  • Strong sense of curiosity, accountability, and ability to execute projects of all sizes with vision & purpose
  • An internal drive to achieve and an ability to deliver excellent work in agreed upon timelines
  • SQL, Python, Tableau and experimental design skills are preferred
