Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Manager, People Analytics to join our People team.

About the role

As a Manager, People Analytics you will own the People department’s Workday reporting solutions and inform the larger People Analytics strategy. You will do this through co-creation with our stakeholders and technical expertise. You should be a doer, leader, and engager in your space. You should be passionate about making an impact and leveraging data to inform strategy.

You will report into a Director, People Systems.

Work Location:

If you live within commutable distance to our New York City office (in Hudson Square), our Tempe office (off the 101 at University Ave), or our Los Angeles office (in Marina Del Rey), you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week. Otherwise, this is a remote / work-from-home role.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $119,200 - $156,450 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $107,280 - $140,805 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the Director, People Systems to recommend solutions which inform the People Analytics roadmap and strategy: identify future state vision and milestones to achieve this vision.
  • Lead discovery discussions with stakeholders to document reporting requirements and trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday reporting features and functionalities.
  • Execute monthly and quarterly leadership dashboards and presentations.
  • Identify and propose solutions which answer our stakeholder needs - often thinking outside of the box to solve problems using creative design and prototyping.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize and automate the reporting process.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday dashboards tailored to the needs of our stakeholders across the People team and company.
  • Maintain WD reporting configuration to reduce tech debt - auditing, enhancing, and decommissioning existing dashboards/reports.
  • Identify and introduce data governance frameworks to ensure data quality across the people systems landscape.
  • Establish data definitions and structures which reflect the company structure and stakeholder requirements.
  • Establish data quality audits to measure data integrity - partner with stakeholders to improve processes and WD design.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Develop and facilitate stakeholder training sessions focused on data definitions, data quality, and usage of our current tools.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience working with Workday reporting tools, data analysis, and data models.
  • Experience with Workday Prism.

Pay Transparency: 

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
