The Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to serve as the team’s analytics subject matter expert in marketing + strategic partnerships data.  In this role, you’ll help identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform our marketing and strategic partnership initiatives.  This role is perfect for someone who is curious and creative and has the ability to communicate findings derived from complex datasets to a broad audience.  You will report to our Analytics Team Lead.

What You'll Do:

  • Derive actionable and impactful overall market and customer insights based on data collected from different martech tools and our application to address key strategic questions
  • Support the Marketing and Partnerships teams in tracking, reporting, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and go-to-market activities through the entire marketing funnel from awareness to retention.
  • Build reports, data visualizations, and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison between the Analytics team and the Marketing & Strategic Partnerships teams
  • Translate ad-hoc requests into reusable data tools that can scale to answer broader questions
  • Mentor cross-functional teammates to level up as consumers and users of data

Who You Are:

  • Prior experience in marketing analytics in a B2B and B2C SaaS environment
  • Prior experience analyzing and reporting on the performance of go-to-market activities (e.g., program return on investment, customer acquisition, attribution)
  • Expert in SQL and working with relational databases
  • Experience with BI tools and data visualization
  • Written and verbal communication skills with technical/non-technical colleagues
  • Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem and data sources (e.g., Facebook ads, Google Analytics)
  • Comfortable with answering unstructured business questions
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed while also working within a collaborative team environment
  • Experience in a cross-functional or stakeholder-focused data role

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with experimental design and experimentation platforms
  • Experience building datasets enabling user segmentation
  • Experience working with data from CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce), Customer Engagement Platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable), and mobile attribution sources (AppsFlyer)
  • Exposure to models that can be used to support Operations and Finance teams such as revenue forecasting, customer acquisition cost, return on investment, etc.
  • Experience with programming languages like Python or R
  • Experience with engineering development processes (Git, code review, version control)

The target salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
