By building the first and best place to experience the youth sports moments important to our community, we are helping families elevate the next generation through youth sports.

So if you love sports and their community-building potential, or building cool products is your sport, GameChanger is the team for you. We are a remote-first, dynamic tech company based in New York City, and we are solving some of the biggest challenges in youth sports today.

The Position:

GameChanger is looking to add a Vice President of Data Analytics to our senior leadership team. What You'll Do:

  • Further build out a team that embeds a data culture across all of our teams and departments and is a trusted data partner for the rest of the organization
  • Analyze data for trends or patterns to identify business issues that need to be addressed, communicate with internal customers about results of analyses and develop data-driven strategies for overcoming these problems.
  • Clearly communicate business goals so that team members can determine how analytics can help them achieve those goals.

  • Develop and own vendor relationships for external systems.
  • Achieve tangible results in a dynamic environment, providing thought-leadership and strategy, while also knowing when to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and lead from the front. “Hands-on” in this role means you will be expected to own, review and, when necessary, assist with data architecture, data models, algorithms, code, and other development tasks as required.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of overall engineering and business operations experience, with 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience leading in an agile, fast moving, and rapid change environment.
