The Position:

As a Product Manager on the Computer Vision team, you will be at the forefront of innovation in youth sports technology. You will work with a talented team of computer vision engineers to develop, deliver, and iterate on CV models that extract value and insights out of video streams of youth sports games.

Your future team has already launched the wildly successful AutoStream feature, and will continue to be at the core of an ambitious strategy to revolutionize how youth sports teams capture, analyze, and improve their game. You will own the long-term strategy to extract vast amounts of value from multi-modal game coverage captured on our platform. As you do that, you’ll work with Product Management peers to drive user experiences that bring the magic of GameChanger to every team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze user and business needs through user interviews, data analysis, and market research

  • Ensure that your team is prioritizing the most important and impactful work

  • Launch fast and iterate often with a talented team of engineers

  • Build consensus among your peers across engineering, design, marketing, and business development

  • Document, manage, and monitor product KPIs and metrics to ensure they’re aligned and

    performing across teams

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience in managing technology products, with a focus on computer vision, data science, and other deep-learning ML applications.

  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing large scale projects and achieving positive user outcomes

  • Exceptional communicator who embodies storytelling skills, including written, verbal, and numeric communication. You should have the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to engineering and non-engineer audiences alike

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and using intuition alongside data to drive the product forward

The target salary range for this position is between $160,000 - $180,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammates pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
