What we’re looking for

Vacasa seeks an Analyst who wants to problem-solve the issues of our Real Estate business that’s growing as fast as possible and constantly looking to go faster. One day that will be tracking down what markets we should target for agent recruitment, the next will be improving our forecasting of future revenue, and the following will be identifying the leading success metrics for a new program and implementing them. 

What you’ll do 

  • Performance Reporting: Build and maintain Looker dashboards for self-serve analytics, whether that is Brokerage Transactions or Property Management Deals
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Uncover opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, and other insights through deep-dive analysis of sales data.
  • Present Findings: Share actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and directly through uncluttered visuals and concise recommendations. 
  • Project Management: Organize and prioritize concurrent analytics projects.

Skills you’ll need

  • Demonstrated communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years of analytics experience, preferably in a Sales organization
  • 1+ years SQL experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
  • Considered an Excel/Google Sheets ninja by your peers
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY
