What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Director of Growth Analytics who is passionate about data, team development, and ultimately, enabling sales and marketing to work better. The ideal candidate has experience delivering results, proven project management experience, and a history of managing and mentoring a team to own and execute strategic, cross-functional initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Data Analysis and Modeling: Incorporate multiple data sources and methodologies to identify opportunities to drive growth efficiency
  • Analytics Leadership: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to help build out our growth analytics program.  Serve as an Analytics thought partner to Chief Revenue Officer and VP of Sales and Marketing
  • Project Management: Understand how to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
  • Tackle complex problems: Drawing inferences from data, and using analytic skills to identify solutions and deliver results
  • Mentor a team of analysts: and guide their work to deliver best-in-class analytics for the business
  • Design and execute tests to optimize marketing investments, analyze results, and provide insightful recommendations to the business
  • Executive level communication work with and support executive and board communication by providing clear representation of data using charts, tables, graphs and presentations

Skills you’ll need

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years proven analytics experience with a focus on sales & marketing analytics
  • 3+ years SQL experience
  • Experience with compensation plans, marketing attribution, budgeting, sales and marketing conversion metrics
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills - the ability to present complex data reports in a simple and clear way across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker or Tableau
  • Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MT, NH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, WA, WY, or WI

Bonus points

  • Familiarity with Python and/or R programming languages
  • Experience working with direct mail campaigns and an understanding of list generation methodologies
  • Experience building advanced statistical/machine learning models on marketing data
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or comparable field (or equivalent experience)
