What your day-to-day will look like:  

  • Maintain, monitor, and track debt facility performance by providing periodic reports
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness in reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Capital Markets team in preparing for any future fundraising processes, including compiling data requests and preparing due diligence reports 
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including creation of standard and ad-hoc analytics, reports, tools, and dashboards
  • Model out cash flows and debt costs and understand key business drivers to help inform strategic decisions 
  • Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to understand their needs and develop decisions  based on insights driven from data 
  • Work on ad-hoc projects

You will thrive if you have:  

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics and/or related fields
  • 2-4+ years of work experience in a Finance, Analytics, and/or similar role
  • The ability to write clean code - advanced hands-on experience in SQL is a requirement
  • Prior experience using data visualization software such as Periscope, Data Studio, Tableau etc.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data query/data management tools
  • A high financial acumen
  • Stellar communication and data presentation skills - you have the ability to build influence with both business and technical stakeholders!
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills - you can prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment 
  • A strong attention-to-detail and numerical accuracy - you take pride in knowing all the details and are obsessed with accuracy!
  • Strong problem-solving abilities - you can think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems
