Our core product, a merchant cash advance, is positioned as a tailor-made, fast, and affordable option for eCommerce entrepreneurs looking to scale their companies. 

We offer funding up to $10M for a flat fee of 6-12.5%, recouped through a revenue share model. In addition to other financial solutions, we also provide founders with data-driven insights to understand their current position amongst their competitors and utilize their capital in a growth-optimized manner.

As an Analytics Engineer, you will take part in crafting it, and build a scalable analytical system. Collect and process high volumes of data, Implement ETL, and automation processes.  Deliver end-to-end solutions to make information accessible, reliable and actionable. 

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Manage and execute DWH plans for different products
• Work closely with engineers, product managers and data scientists to understand data needs
• Design, build and launch new data extraction, transformation and loading processes in production
• Take part in defining health and quality checks for our data, making it as high quality as possible.

You will thrive if you:

• Have experience in design and implementation of data warehouse and analytics solutions using high standard methodologies
• Experience with BIG DATA technologies
• Have development ownership: understand data needs, design, delivery, deployment and monitoring.
• Have experience on AWS or Google Cloud
• Have excellent business understanding
• Are autodidact, with strong technical skills
• Are a great team player with excellent communication skills

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience
• Expertise with at least one programming language - Python, Java or Scala
• Expert in SQL
