Clearco’s mission is to empower founders around the world with the tools required to grow their business. We help founders write their stories by providing them with the capital, insights, and resources they need to accelerate their trajectory. Our core product, a merchant cash advance, is positioned as a tailor-made, fast, and affordable option for eCommerce entrepreneurs looking to scale their companies. 

We offer funding up to $10M for a flat fee of 6-12.5%, recouped through a revenue share model. In addition to other financial solutions, we also provide founders with data-driven insights to understand their current position amongst their competitors and utilize their capital in a growth-optimized manner.

As a Data Analyst, you will be required to analyze complex datasets, answer business questions, and provide insights to support decision-making processes. you will perform deep and thorough data analysis in order to deliver accurate, actionable reports, metrics and insights.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Generate insights that enable strategic recommendations for Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing
• Performs quantitative or qualitative analyses to support the development of solutions for our products
• Define data requirements

You will thrive if you:

• Passionate about data and engineering
• Have Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from data
• Good understanding of business
• Have an experience with statistical modeling
• Are great team player with excellent communication skills

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in a highly quantitative field (such as mathematics, statistics or engineering), an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analytics
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with BI tools (such as Tableau, Sisense, Looker)
• R, Python, or other scripting language, an advantage
