The Revenue Operations team works cross-functionally with product, design, ops, and finance to define key metrics and measures of success, build tracking, and uncover insights to guide decision-making and accelerate performance.

As an Analyst, you will use a variety of data sources to build tools and answer questions that drive key business decisions. This role will specifically focus on Clearco’s product onboarding experience, partnering with several product and revenue teams to answer questions and drive key business decisions around acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention via the prospect onboarding journey. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Deeply understand the product operations processes and systems while partnering closely with with Product, Operations, Revenue stakeholders and other Analysts within Clearco to integrate systems and data sources to build a product, business, analytics and tracking model
  • Perform individualized, custom, and ad-hoc reporting for stakeholders
  • Maintain, support, and audit our sales tracking systems and reports to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy
  • Explore, analyze and effectively share KPIs and progress with the key business partners and the executive team
  • Develop transfer functions between behavioral and financial metrics
  • Ensure stakeholders have access to relevant data across several systems including Google Docs, Excel, and Salesforce
  • Create Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide a ‘visual’ view of specific metrics
  • Support the development of company-wide health metrics

You will thrive if you have:

  • 1-3+ years of experience as an Analyst with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Operations
  • Completed an undergraduate degree in Business Administration (recent MBA degree is considered an asset)
  • Previous experience using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
  • Previous Salesforce experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you will be working cross-functionally with many internal stakeholders
  • A love for math and numbers!
  • The ability to navigate through difficult conversations with professionalism and can maintain a calm demeanour
  • The ability to quickly grasp new concepts and work in a high-performing culture
  • A ‘go-getter’ attitude and an eagerness to learn
  • Python experience (considered an asset)
