What your day-to-day will look like:

• Review customer data and metrics, create and adjust potential options for customers based on a structured escalation process
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and usefulness in responding to escalations and communicating the results
• Support the Revenue and Risk team in handling custom requests, and other ad hoc projects
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creating of analytic tools and reports
• Analyzing past revenues and projecting future revenues, and understanding how to use qualitative data to improve those projections. Working hand in hand with the data science team to provide feedback.
• Working directly with the sales team to understand their needs and develop decisions and products based on insights driven from data
• Work on special projects as they arise

You will thrive if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics or related fields
• 1-3 years of business, finance, analytics or other relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data query/data management tools
• Have experience using data visualization software such as Periscope, Data Studio, Tableau etc
• Have strong communication & data presentation skills (including an ability to build influence with both business and technical stakeholders)
• Stellar time management and organizational skills - you can prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• A strong attention-to-detail and numerical accuracy - you take pride in knowing all the details and are obsessed with accuracy
• Strong financial acumen, possess and able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving and numerical skills
• The ability to deliver results independently and while working with a team
