You will join the Zillow Offers Business Operations team. The team is responsible for reporting, measuring and influencing the business toward favorable customer and business outcomes. Our recommendations and influence with cross functional partners have improved the outcomes for thousands of customers, and increased business outcomes for Zillow Offers!
About the role
We are looking for a marketing analytics specialist who can help the ZO Marketing team better understand marketing performance by channel. You will be an instrumental partner to the Marketing organization, helping them understand lead volume driven by marketing, and opportunity to drive further lead volume.
You are creative, excel in building productive and positive partnerships with partners, are customer-centric, and know where and how to influence positive optimizations and improvements within the marketing space.
Example achievements you will make:
Build a single source of truth for marketing channel metrics, attribution, and downstream business funnel metrics, in partnership with people across Marketing, Data Science, and other groups
Complete a detailed, foundational forecasting model which empowers business partners to understand the future impact of marketing in business plans
Build out monthly report-outs on channel and funnel performance to senior leadership
Influence improvements and find optimization opportunities across display advertising, SEM, social media, direct mail, email and other channels to increase engagement from sellers
Build dashboards to help partners understand performance; construct presentations to influence change in channel performance
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
Who you are
- Proven understanding of the inner workings, measurement, and efficiency of digital marketing channels
- Robust SQL and Excel/Google Sheets experience
- Experience with understanding and measuring onsite efficiency and influencing business owners toward better outcomes; prior experience in ecommerce preferred
- 3 + years in a marketing analytics, FP&A, consulting, or business operations role
- Results oriented, data driven, customer-centric
- Proven history of establishing relationships with partners
In additional to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
