THE ROLE:

We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Customer Happiness Analyst, Reporting who will report to our Customer Happiness Global Workforce Manager. With our customer at the center of everything we do, this critical role will ensure that data is being used to guide decision-making, process improvements, KPI tracking, and proper reporting. This person will provide key insights, enabling senior leaders to make sound decisions and provide strategic direction to the organization. With partnership and support from AG’s Operations, Tech & Customer Happiness Teams, our empowered Customer Happiness Analyst will serve as AG’s primary contact point for reporting & data in the Global Customer Happiness team.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design and implement methods to gather and manage Customer Happiness data.
  • Develop and monitor all relevant dashboards and reporting of identify key trends.
  • Identify issues and make data-driven recommendations that will drive necessary change.
  • Report KPIs weekly and update dashboards.
  • Ensure data integrity by consistently monitoring, scrubbing and refining Customer Happiness data.
  • Identify, investigate and resolve data issues and discrepancies, ensuring that the proper measures are in place to limit inaccuracies.
  • Lead projects for the Customer Happiness team related to the gathering and distribution of data; provide meaningful recommendations and insights to guide future projects and initiatives.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
  • 3+ years of analytic and reporting experience in contact center setting, preferred.
  • Strong understanding and applicable experience working with data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
  • Strong critical thinking skills. You can identify opportunities, anticipate challenges and gaps, and contingency plan accordingly.
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership for outcomes while prioritizing and juggling multiple projects.
