THE ROLE:

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support the Marketing and Product teams (e.g. Performance Marketing, Brand, Loyalty, Retention).The growth finance team is responsible for owning, driving and co-ordinating financial planning, analysis and decision making for global marketing and growth initiatives.

As Senior Finance Analyst you will work cross functionally (e.g. Marketing, Product, Data & Analytics, Corporate Finance) in order to be a subject matter expert on revenue and growth strategy as well as Marketing operations. You will support decision making by conducting short and long term analysis to identify and understand the key levers of subscriber acquisition and behavior to size the impact of business initiatives and build global forecast models to track the efficiency and profitability of growth strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Define and track channel KPI’s and develop financial modeling and reporting to support teams in efficiently allocating investment capital and driving growth through acquisition and retention strategies.
• Prepare LTV analyses for new business initiatives to help inform decision making.
• Drive weekly and monthly financial reviews to understand key forecast variances and identify trends and areas for forecast improvement.
• Work closely with Corporate FP&A team and provide inputs to the development of long-range financial forecast and budgets.
• Look to automate, streamline and constantly improve team processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years of prior experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Strategic Finance (prior experience at a high-growth start-up is a plus).
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and a very high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Prior experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong communicator, with a willingness to build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
