THE ROLE:

The Athletic Greens’ Growth Analytics team is looking for a strong, creative, and passionate Senior Analyst, Growth Marketing to help scale and optimize our marketing efforts in pursuit of aggressive customer acquisition targets. The Senior Analyst, Growth Marketing will be accountable for evolving our digital measurement framework and delivering actionable insights which improve overall marketing and acquisition effectiveness. This role will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our operational cadence by developing channel-level demand plans, monitoring plan performance, elevating risk/opportunity assessments and partnering with our Business Intelligence team to evolve operational dashboards. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience using and shaping online (Google Analytics) and offline data (ie. clickstream, data warehouse) to conduct analyses and segmentations which enables AG to continually evolve our measurement and targeting capabilities.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Conduct deep-dive marketing and customer analyses which enable AG to gain a deeper understanding of emerging channel trends, drivers of long term value (LTV) and performance across the demand funnel - such as reach, traffic, conversion.
  • Support the development of monthly channel plans, continually monitor plan performance and proactively conduct diagnostic analysis of plan variances and emerging trends resulting in recommendations to enable AG to hit acquisition targets and maximize portfolio effectiveness.
  • Work cross functionally with the marketing teams to support actionable insights to improve overall marketing and acquisition effectiveness. Monitor KPIs and trends, and conduct deep analysis in the performance KPIs to elevate risks/opportunities within different marketing channels and tactics.
  • Enhance and evolve digital and campaign measurement capabilities around multi-touch-attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, brand activations and assume accountability for supporting existing media mix modeling (MMM) initiatives.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to evolve the utility and sophistication of existing dashboards and visualizations and manage the development of requirements for new reporting needs.
  • Advance and scale our digital audience, targeting and activation capabilities across the Google Marketing Cloud, Meta, Direct Mail and other touchpoints, in close collaboration with Marketing and Data Engineering.
  • Accountable for pixel implementation and ensuring the accuracy of marketing campaign tracking in GA360.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, marketing or consumer research discipline (Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Marketing Research, etc).
  • 4+ years of experience evaluating and optimizing marketing effectiveness in a high-growth, fast-paced DTC environment leveraging advanced measurement and LTV frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience leveraging the GA clickstream for advanced analysis using SQL, R, SAS, Python.
  • Experience working with marketing measurement tools, including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, and hypothesis testing.
  • Ability to synthesize and translate in-depth data (online/offline) into analytic insights and compelling stories that elevate understanding and drive actions and decision making.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM); experience working with Google Marketing Cloud (CM360, DV360 and SA360) preferred.
