What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with your Product Team to bring machine learning into transformative products for our customers
• Engage with business partners to collaborate around analytical project requirements, define success metrics, explain methodologies and results, and negotiate work you're doing.
• Build new models, segmentations, and algorithms; as well as analyze pre-existing data products, provide suggestions on how to evolve, and improve their efficiency.
• Contribute to a roadmap making customer data products a core capability at Vista

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Math/Statistics or another technical field
• 1+ years of machine learning models development experience
• Excellent programming skills in SQL and Python
• Strength in clarifying and formalizing sophisticated problems

Nice to Have:

• Daring Data Engineering chops to deliver end to end proofs of concept
• Good knowledge of data visualization theory and tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
• Relevant work experience in an agile eCommerce environment
• Experience in Customer analytics domain
