Do you want to be at the intersection of art and science? We are establishing a team to fuel the power of machine learning to innovate how customers will discover and build designs on our products. We are looking for an experienced product owner that will lead a multi-functional team to transform the Vistaprint customer experience. Join us on this journey as we take design to the next level.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with our Design team to increase and expand image recognition systems throughout the customer journey.
• Engage with business partners to collaborate around analytical project requirements, define success metrics, explain methodologies and results, and negotiate work you're doing.
• Build new models, segmentations, and algorithms; as well as analyze pre-existing data products, provide suggestions on how to evolve, and improve their efficiency.
• Bring new insights to the table; take your idea and turn it into a full-fledged data product with the support of the broader DnA team.
• Chip in to a roadmap making customer data products a core capability at Vistaprint.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Math/Statistics or another technical field.
• 3+ years with machine learning and modeling experience, specifically including experience building, measuring and improving image recognition / computer vision models.
• Data science experience in personalization products, demand forecasting and pricing.
• Excellent programming skills in SQL and Python.
• Strength in clarifying and formalizing sophisticated problems.

Nice to Have:

• Results-oriented Data Engineering chops to deliver end to end proofs of concept.
• Good knowledge of data visualization theory and tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker).
• Relevant work experience in an agile eCommerce environment.
