The role of the Sr. Operations Analyst is to analyze operations data, provide input into business decisions such as order routing and fulfiller choice, and to create and maintain reporting that supports proactive discovery of operations issues. Using data from the reports you will monitor fulfiller performance and work with fulfillers to resolve issues. In addition, you will help produce and maintain forecasts across the Vistaprint North America portfolio of products.
What You Will Do:
- Establish analytics and maintain reports for fulfiller and product performance
- Supervise fulfiller performance for order lateness and quality and work with fulfillers on issues
- Define and implement the cost optimized product routing rules for products sourced across multiple fulfiller products
- Assist in creation and maintenance of product forecasts across entire product portfolio
- Analyze actual logistics costs to measure efficiency of routing rules and shipping prices
- Develop and optimize processes to monitor fulfiller performance
