About the Role

We are looking for a product analyst who will leverage data to guide and influence our growth product development and, in doing so, help us accelerate growth of our subscription business. In this role you will work closely with our engineering, product, and design teams to design and analyze A/B experiments for new features, define key performance metrics, and understand the behaviors of our subscribers. You will help define, shape, and build the company’s approach for data-informed product development. 

Responsibilities

    • Conceptualize, create, and maintain dashboards that monitor performance KPIs for acquisition, retention, and monetization of usersInterpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and translate them into product and marketing insights
    • Partner with PM to design and evaluate A/B experiments to measure the success of product feature launches and to test improvements throughout the conversion funnel
    • Help prioritize product decisions through analysis of user data and segmentation models
    • Be a vocal advocate of data quality and analytical rigor across the organization, and work closely with engineering to implement robust analytic tracking
    • Present findings to leadership to influence product roadmaps
    • Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture with your passion for telling stories with data

Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis for a technology company
    • Fluency SQL skills 
    • Exposure to a scripting language like Python or R
    • Understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design
    • Ability to drive projects with minimal guidance and prioritize high impact work 
    • Experience and ability to communicate across all levels and roles in an organization 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build cross-functional relationships
