What we’re looking for:

This new role is perfect for ‘smart generalists’ who specialize in leveraging analytics to solve a wide variety of business problems. You will identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities - prescribing strategies and guiding the improvement effort. You will be responsible for leading and driving process improvements (short-term wins) as well as process design/ redesign (long-term wins) efforts and coordinating cross-functional efforts in testing and implementation. You will identify efficiencies that can be captured by both operational changes as well as technology automation and innovation. Cross-functional leadership and change management experience is required to build consensus across the company (which is also rapidly growing and transforming).

What You’ll Do:

• Dive into complex business problems where you might not have previous experience and summarize issues and opportunities for leadership to action
• Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to summarize potential actions against initiatives
• Model the anticipated impact of initiatives on the business
• Answer ad hoc questions from leadership
• Be a change champion; working to ensure organizational alignment against initiatives
• Creatively problem solve to ensure timelines are met even when data or resource might not be readily available

Skills You'll Need: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in a technical field such as engineering, math, finance
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical or project management role
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in stressful situations
• Ability to write advanced SQL against production tables
• Excel and some experience with financial modeling
• Tableau or other visualization software preferred
• Attention to detail
• Six Sigma certification is ideal
• Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY
