What we’re looking for:

Vacasa seeks an Analytics Manager who is passionate about data and curious about finding the best ways to drive sales growth & efficiency. The ideal candidate has sales analytics expertise, a track record of delivering results, proven project management experience, and a history of managing a team to own and execute strategic, cross-functional initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Growth Forecasting: Use the latest insights & best practices to guide the business into making the right decisions to enable growth beyond our goals.
• Project Management: Understand how to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively and load balance team capacity with changing priorities. 
• Tackle complex problems: Drawing inferences from data and using analytic skills to identify solutions & deliver results. You communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders the methodology, outcome, and data nuances that may exist. 
• Mentor a team of analysts: and guide their work to deliver best-in-class analytics for the business. You help analysts grow to reach their peak performance while keeping it fun. 

Skills you’ll need 

• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years proven analytics experience (ideally with a focus on sales analytics)
• Advanced Excel/G Sheet skills
• 3+ years SQL experience
• 2+ years leading and growing an analytics team
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker or Tableau
• Bonus points for:
  • Familiarity with Python and/or R programming languages
  • Experience with CRM data - specifically Salesforce and/or Hubspot
  • Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or comparable field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY
