Job Description

The Marketing Operations Analyst is a key role where you will help drive insights to inform key business decisions and implement changes to processes, data, and systems to improve operational efficiency!


RESPONSIBILITIES: 
-  Act as an SME for our Leads and MQL data

-  Partner with Marketing, IT, and Sales Operations teams to translate business strategies into well designed processes and system/technical capabilities.

-  Handle Account and Lead routing rules for a portion of the business

-  Build reports and dashboards that will provide important metrics to our Marketing and Sales leadership team

-  Support regional or global programs requiring intensive data management

-  Answer questions like

-  “Where are my Leads?” or “What happened to my Leads?”

-  “Why is my campaign not being reflected in attribution?”

-  Ad-hoc operational analysis focused on CRM data health and integrity

-  Provide executive-level summaries for Marketing & XDR Leadership

-  Retrieve and analyze data using SQL and Excel/Google Sheet

-  Process marketing and sales generated tickets

Recommended Qualifications

-  2+ years experience with CRM (Salesforce)

-  Experience analyzing SFDC Data

-  Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Activities, Custom Objects

-  Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets experience

-  Pivot tables, v-lookups, index match, etc.

-  Solid background in report and dashboard building/maintenance experience for Marketing and/or XDR teams

-  Experience deploying and maintaining MAP/CRM platforms including third party integrations such as LeanData, Demandbase, Integrate, ZoomInfo, Zoom Webinars, etc

-  Exceptional Excel/Google Sheets & data management experience

-  Solid grasp of the concepts of relational databases

-  Strong time management and organizational skills

-  Ability to solve complex business problems that cross multiple product/project areas and teams!

-  STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Degrees or equivalent working experience in data analytics or data science


BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
-  Current or Recent Salesforce Certified Administrator

-  Experience with handling enterprise-level Lead Assignment rules (LeanData preferred)

-  Experience with assessing Lead scoring methodology

-  Uses project management software (e.g. JIRA, Asana, etc.)
