Job Description
We're searching for a Senior Analyst to join our GTM Operations team in support of our AMER Partner Sales and global Solution Consulting (Pre-Sales) teams at Zendesk, who will work cross-functionally with our supported teams and Professional Services, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Data, and IT teams to maintain and streamline day-to-day operations by monitoring internal and external performance and developing impactful insights to improve efficiency. Working with smart and driven individuals who are passionate about delivering high impact projects, our team supports organizations with exponential growth and impact on Zendesk’s go-to-market strategy.
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and has excellent analytical skills, as well as an independent self-starter that can drive projects with sound decision making skills. Software-as-a-service or other subscription based work experience will be helpful.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with accurately forecasting bookings and other key metrics
Report and analyze Partner and Solution Consulting metrics and KPIs for Quarterly Business Reviews, productivity/headcount analysis, and day-to-day operations
Run execution of regional partners referral program
Support execution of global partner operations initiatives as needed
Support expansion or improvements to the partner go to market workflow; Define business requirements to any work with cross-functional teams to design and implement
Drive operational efficiency by using industry best practices and designing process, tool, and dashboard launches and enhancements
Track performance KPIs and define review cycle to relegate or terminate underperforming or non-compliant partners
Desired Qualifications
4-5 years meaningful work experience supporting Partners and Indirect Sales or in a Sales Operations capacity at an indirect channel focused company; Operations, Strategy Consulting and/or Business/Systems experience preferred
Data junkie. Querying and scoping (SQL, SFDC), analysis, modeling, and advanced formulas (excel, gsheet), summarizing (pivot tables, charts, slides, written explanation), reporting (dashboards, repositories)
High level of ownership, quantitative acuity, and entrepreneurship
High Salesforce.com aptitude
Excellent process documentation and interpersonal skills
