Vista’s Omnichannel Experience Analytics Team directly embeds in many of the Vista’s multi-functional product and marketing teams to drive forward strategic opportunities to optimize the customer experience. You will be the analyst on a team consisting of product management, UX, engineering, and analytics, where you will provide insights and recommendations throughout the product development lifecycle. Within the Omnichannel Experience Analytics teams we are looking for a driven Analyst who has a consulting attitude to identify and prioritize customer opportunities and relentlessly test and learn to optimize the customer journey. You are technical but at the same time can convey the business meaning behind a sophisticated set of metrics and drive concrete recommendations.

What You Will Do:

  • Navigate transactional & business engagement data by using multiple dashboards, data sources and SQL to identify areas of opportunity for deeper exploration to drive value for our customers.
  • Support the design, construction, and analysis of a/b/n site experiments with your cross-functional team. Play an active role in our excellent experimentation community
  • Support your collaborators’ ad hoc needs on reporting and using dashboards

Your Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in an analytics environment and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related field.
  • Basic skills or experience in SQL (Snowflake) and visualization tools (Domo, Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Good understanding of exploratory analysis and statistical techniques and skilled in finding important patterns and trends in the data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills (ability to translate a business ask into a very concrete question and then breakdown it down into important analysis).
  • Compelling communication (able to articulate your point clearly based on your audience).
  • Strong organizational skills, good attention to detail and consistent record of effectively delivering on projects supporting multiple business partners to make decisions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with web-analytics data and tools (e.g. Google Analytics 360 + Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric)
  • Other programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
  • Experimentation and A/B Testing experience
