The Data Analytics & Business Intelligence (DABI) team is the center of excellence for data work across the company and is responsible for cultivating a data-driven culture by supporting internal teams and customers with high-quality data and insights. We are looking for someone to join our team to help us drive better health outcomes in partner populations by providing actionable reporting & analytics products! 

This role is open to remote work outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. 

How You’ll Contribute:

    • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business colleagues to build a data-driven culture across the company
    • Mentor analysts toward building robust, appealing, and reusable data products
    • Build analytics tools and dashboards that define and deliver insight into key operational and performance goals
    • Proactively identify and pursue deep-dive analyses that benefit Color in ways that stakeholders are not yet considering

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • 5+ years of industry experience using data to drive product growth and operational efficiency
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex results to technical and non-technical colleagues
    • Curiosity that inspires questions leading to an understanding of the business need behind an analytics request
    • Passion for for converting data-driven insights into actionable next steps to drive performance
    • Proficiency at creating compelling visualizations to enhance understanding
    • Strong desire to work at the intersection of healthcare and technology
    • Advanced proficiency in data wrangling and familiarity with SQL
    • Experience with analytics & BI tools like Looker, Fivetran, or Metabase

Nice to Have:

    • Experience with Finance and/or Go-to-Market analytics
    • Interest in aligning terminology and definitions to foster common understanding
    • Familiarity with the healthcare space
    • Familiarity with Python, Git, DBT, BigQuery
    • Experience working with large amounts of data

Possible Projects To Contribute To:

    • Define and build flexible self-service systems to give Color colleagues easy access to the data they need to drive our business forward
    • Drive conversations to reach a common understanding of the data we have and how it can enable smart decisions
    • Establish best practices for creating maintainable systems and building compelling dashboards
    • Analyze the performance of organizations that we partner with so we can help them achieve better health outcomes
