THE ROLE:

As a Senior Product Manager, Data & Analytics reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will be instrumental in driving the strategy for the data platform capabilities and enabling Athletic Greens to be a true data driven organization. As the product lead for Data & Analytics, you will pair technical with product expertise to, in collaboration with data leads & key stakeholders, define & execute on a roadmap to deliver critical data solutions & insights to drive our business.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage & prioritize the Data & Analytics roadmap across multiple stakeholders and data leadership to deliver data products, tools & insights that drive toward critical business results.
  • Drive innovation through alignment of our business strategy & data and analytics enablement.
  • Execute on the full product lifecycle, including solution & requirement definitions, design, stakeholder management, backlog refinement, agile ceremonies and launch.
  • Lead adoption of new data solutions, definitions & tools throughout organization, & leverage feedback and evolving business & analytical landscape to drive rapid iteration to unlock key business needs through deep understanding of business & data needs, own communication across digital organization to provide relevant context & direction across development teams,
  • Apply their knowledge and experience in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering & Data science to enable better product considerations, solutioning & communication.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years of experience delivering business value through data and analytics and at least 1-2 years of Product Management experience.
  • Understanding of data delivery, data architecture and data modeling methodologies.
  • Experience with main cloud data platforms, including BigQuery, Snowflake, RedShift and BI tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Looker, etc.
  • Ability to drive complex, cross-functional company-wide implementations with the focus on data and analytics, including leading multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate into easy-to-understand business language for communication with non-technical partners and business owners.
  • Strategic mindset along with bias for action and strong ability to manage a project end-to-end, from planning through delivery.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to clearly and concisely communicate project objectives, priorities, timelines and expected outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with agile data development, project management, business processes and requirements analysis and management.
  • Data visualization, data integration (SQL, Python) and advanced analytics skills are a plus.
  • Ability to solve problems and inspire team members to perform at their best, fostering an open and fun working environment and promoting data-driven, cross-functional, high performance culture.
