As a Analytics Supervisor you will works with office leadership, discipline teams and creative partners to develop online and offline media measurement requirements with the goal of driving actionable insights for campaign optimization.

What You'll Do:

    • Establish measurement strategies for cross-media campaigns; implement appropriate testing methodologies, working directly within the client and creative agency partners 
    • Work closely with cross-functional team to address client’s business objectives; design strategy and measurement to ensure that the campaign is aligned to those client goals 
    • Explore emerging media measurement technologies pertinent to clients' business and media objectives and scope value-added analytics projects 
    • Monitor and analyze performance through campaign dashboards and readouts, provide strategic optimization recommendations 
    • Implement technical capabilities (i.e. tagging, web analytics, coding) to ensure that data is collected and managed appropriately; work with databases and ad servers to organize data in a cohesive manner 
    • Mentor junior members of team specialists to develop analytics expertise, as well as career management 
    • Contribute to the company's knowledge base by creating and sharing case studies, POVs and seminar/conference summaries 

What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics or Economics, strong record of academic and/or professional achievement 
    • 3-5 years of digital (including Display, Search, OTT, OLV, Social, etc.) advertising experience; additional work with offline is preferred 
    • Excellent understanding of online advertising ecosystem and performance metrics 
    • Expertise collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data into insights via Excel, SQL, PowerPivot, Python, SAS, and/or Access 
    • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other data visualization tools 
    • Solid knowledge of brand measurement tools, including vendor analysis, implementation, and results analysis 
    • Experience with Ad Verification partners, MTA/MMM partners, cross-device, Offline Sales, Foot Traffic
    • Expertise with ad serving tools (Google Campaign Manager, DV360, Search Ads 360, FlashTalking) and Web analytics tools (Adobe and Google Analytics)
