We currently have an opportunity as Associate Director of Analytics for one of our global brands.  

As Associate Director of Analytics you will thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment. You will be a strategic and innovative leader with a passion and desire to really make a difference! 

What You'll Do:

    • Build bespoke dashboards for clients and maintaining developer documentation.
    • Perform tagging audits for data collection of analytics and media platforms and deliver recommendations for tagging improvements
    • Manage optimizations in Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms
    • Prioritize machine learning and automation features specifically in an effort to streamline workflow internally and for the clients
    • Diagnose issues independently and implementing fixes with minimal oversight

What We're Looking For:

    • Experience at an agency in a role focused on data and analytics both building dashboards from scratch.
    • Regularly bridge the gap between internal pain points and client pain points in order to determine optimal tech solution for the team
    • Ability to identify larger scope opportunities based on client expertise and industry knowledge
    • Proficiency in SQL
    • Experience in Python or R a plus
    • Fundamental knowledge of ad-tech and mar tech ecosystem; ability to understand client side technology and its interaction with media
    • Background in product development in collaboration with engineers a plus
    • Demonstrated ambition for company success and inspires others to succeed
