We currently have an opportunity as Media Analytics Lead (Remote) for one of our leading global brands. This will be a pivotal role that where you will lead associate-level team members in a fast-paced and agile environment. You will be a strategic and innovative thinker with proven analytical skills and with a passion and desire to really make a difference! 

What you'll do:

    • Lead, mentor, and coach associate analysts while leading the weekly campaign reporting and delegation of data preparation and data insights  
    • Prepare measurement plans and contribute to media and tactical plans 
    • Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to Sr. Client teams and internal teams 
    • Drive actionable insights to support in-market campaign optimization 
    • Own campaign reporting including weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables and insights, and communicate directly with client stakeholders in all forms. 

What we're looking for:

    • Proven work experience in a media agency or ad tech company; prior digital media analytics experience 
    • Experience leading the building of dashboards and reports 
    • Knowledge of database design, data management, and visualization, utilizing programming languages such as SQL and Python and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker 
    • Working knowledge of Ad Tech platforms including, Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe (Analytics, AMO, AAM), and Prisma 
    • Strong attention to detail and time management to deliver high-quality work for multiple projects across several client engagements while meeting deadlines 
    • Previous leadership experience as a team lead or in a supervisor capacity 
    • Have the ability to create, lead the vision for measurement, reporting and analytics across their line of business in partnership with the media teams  
    • Support the training of team members while creating a thriving environment of learning  
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
    • Comfortable communicating and presenting findings and explaining complex data issues with internal and external stakeholders at various levels 
    • Demonstrate a base level of proficiency with Excel use functions such as the ability to use functions such as VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP  
    • Knowledge on how to use SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT, concatenating. etc. to create reports 

Desirable to have:

    • Advanced degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline 
    • Experience reporting on and managing brand lift studies through partners like LinkedIn, Spotify, Kantar or Neilsen.
