As Digital Media Reporting Analyst you will work alongside the activation team reviewing the data they have collected to QA. Your role is to produce error-free, easy-to-understand reports that provide valuable business insights and track campaign ROI for the clients and account teams. You will assist in scrubbing, setting up and parsing the data into different sections so it can be easily transferred into a proprietary client platform tool.
Candidates must be based in the United States.
What you'll do:
- Compile data from large data sets, ensuring all the data is present and accurate
- Communicate with internal staff, vendors and clients regarding gathering data, requirements and troubleshooting
- Find and report on performance optimizations through data, with the assistance of the Insights team
- Utilize Tableau or Power Bi to build dashboards
- Pull data accurately from ad servers such as DCM/CM360
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience at a digital media agency in the Analytics or Media Planning Field
- Comfortable in Excel, able to create pivot tables, and utilize VLOOKUP's
- Familiar with paid media platforms and metrics (CPM, Impressions, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, VCR, etc.)
- Experience building out dashboards in Power BI a plus
