We are Loadsmart and we have recently created a new Business Analyst role on our growing Revenue Operations team. We are a growth-stage start-up technology company valued at over $1 billion (a tech unicorn), led by a leadership team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders, and data scientists continuing to disrupt this $800 billion industry.
 
We are seeking a Business Analyst who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company.
  
LOCATION: Remote from anywhere in Latin America

What you get to do:

    • Through CPQ analysis, collaborate with colleagues to define and design proposed solutions that meet requirements and adhere to platform and application design guidelines, strategies, and industry best practices
    • Work with business stakeholders to understand business processes, gaps, pain points, and objectives; elicit, define, and analyze requirements
    • Plan and manage small projects leveraging appropriate project management methodology
    • Prepare and maintain sales metric dashboards, as well as identifying gaps within our current dashboards and reporting
    • Have a laser focus on data quality
    • Become a key resource for the multiple sales teams at Loadsmart

You have experience:

    • The ability to translate business requirements into analytics problems, and should have effective communications and project management skills in order to deliver appropriate solutions to the business leaders that they will understand, use, and help them accomplish their goals
    • Demonstrates expertise in modern B2B revenue operations sales models, technologies, processes, and concepts
    • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and data structures
    • Strong working knowledge with Excel and Google Sheets
    • Expertise with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google DataStudio)
    • SQL, R, Python is a plus but not required
