If yes, welcome! You will be part of the Product Ops team. The Product Ops team exists to make Loadsmart product teams more effective and efficient. We do that by implementing processes and coaching plans to make each of us measurably better.

We are Loadsmart and we are hiring a Product Performance Analyst to help us make better product decisions based on data and experiments. We are a Series C-funded logistic technology company that has increased our revenue by 200% year over year, led by a leadership team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders, and data scientists continuing to disrupt this $800 billion industry.

LOCATION: Remote from anywhere in Latin America

What you get to do:

    • Coach product teams on how to automate and streamline ways to collect data on progress toward goals and outcome
    • Coach product teams on how to formulate test hypotheses, design tests, and analyze results.
    • Conduct training and coaching on how to measure success and how to report it
    • Create and manage data dashboards to ensure the product team and leadership has visibility into product experiments
    • Monitoring the effectiveness of product experiments against predefined goals, ensuring adherence to the scientific method

You have experience:

    • As a data analyst or in a related field
    • Managing cross-functional challenges with data analytics
    • Dashboarding and reporting best practices
    • Analytical and quantitative problem solving, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
    • Scripting with SQL and extracting datasets. You also have experience with statistics
    • Academic research experience
