We are Loadsmart and we have recently created a new People Analytics Specialist to help us optimize top talent at our growing company (we grew from 150 to 450 in the last 18 months) with a recent Series C of $90M. This critical position will play a key role in managing the HR data, helping to continue to scale the organization globally through insights, self-service, and company-wide reporting and processes.

Location: This position can be remote anywhere in Latin America.

What you get to do:

    • Maintaining and improving HR technology tools (ATS, HCM, LMS) maintaining candidate and employee data, reporting, and analytics
    • Developing data driven insights and HR employee lifecycle analysis to support and deliver strategic decision making for HR and the organization
    • Identifying opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams across HR, Finance, and Legal on implementation of solutions. Perform regular business process reviews to make ongoing suggestions and create action plans
    • Creating and sustaining appropriate controls to maintain reliable data and enable scalable reporting solutions
    • Designing and activating ongoing experiments to evaluate, optimize and generate actionable insights/recommendations.
    • Identifying and delivering on opportunities to support key HR Team initiatives through robust analyses and dashboards, ranging from Board reports to employee engagement to talent processes and everything in between.

You have experience:

    • 5+ years of experience with a combination of HR data, technology (including both HCM and ATS), and project management experience 
    • Strong understanding of the importance of data integrity and reliability, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
    • 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, utilizing data to drive people insights and solutions across hiring, development, and retention; this includes leading analytical projects with both structured and unstructured data end-to-end, from problem statement/hypothesis formulation to presentation for insights, to “instrumentation”/evaluation of resulting decisions/initiatives
    • Advanced skills in MS Office and/or Google Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel / Sheets
    • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Leveraging SQL, PowerBI and/or other related reporting and analytic tools
    • Coding in SPSS, Python or R
    • Developing dashboards in Power BI.
