We are Loadsmart and we recently created a Revenue Operations Analyst position. We are a growth-stage start-up technology company valued at over $1 billion (a tech unicorn), led by a leadership team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders and data scientists continuing to disrupt this $800 billion industry. 

We are seeking a RevOps Analyst who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. 

The RevOps Analyst will be focused on improving our sales processes, while collaborating with Sales leadership and other functions to provide outstanding customer experience. You will help to run daily sales routines, maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other internal systems and assist sales leaders to manage the pipeline. 

LOCATION: Remotely from anywhere in Latin America. 

What you get to do:

    • Build cross-functional relationships with key enablement stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal
    • Work cross functionally with Sales leadership and other departments to improve our processes, helping define world class practices
    • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other internal systems.
    • Use tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and Hubspot dashboards for daily analysis and reporting
    • Communicate daily with Sales Representatives and assist them to move deals across the pipeline
    • Continuously demonstrate and deliver strong and highly professional service commitment.

You have experience:

    • Experience with Salesforce, preferred
    • Communicating effectively with different stakeholders, understanding their pain points and aligning expectations  
    • Strong working knowledge with Excel and Google Sheets
    • Visualization tools such as PBI
    • Previous experience in a Sales Operations position.
