We are Loadsmart and we have recently created a new Senior Business Analyst. We are a growth-stage start-up technology company valued at over $1 billion (a tech unicorn), led by a leadership team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders, and data scientists continuing to disrupt this $800 billion industry.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced company. This person will work with Revenue team leadership to help define strategy and identify areas for company growth. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid of large data sets, can distill insights, make recommendations based on data, and most importantly - drive action from it. You don’t just look at the numbers but you understand the greater business context behind them. You are able to visualize data to provide meaningful insight from large and complex datasets.

REPORTING TO: Will Morgan, Sr. Marketing Sales Analyst
LOCATION: Chicago (Remote)

What you get to do:

    • Transform data into actionable insights through strong storytelling with data designed for executive-level audiences by connecting the dots across channels through data to provide a holistic view of marketing/commercial efforts
    • Create consistent data definitions, and dashboards via PowerBI, Salesforce, Google Data Studio, etc.
    • Support the vision and creation of measurement plans, testing plans, tagging strategies, modeling strategies, and A/B testing deployment
    • Suggest and implement metrics and key performance indicators to measure sales and marketing performance
    • Bulk import/update data as necessary, ensure data integrity and perform data cleansing as needed.
    • Maintain other sales-related data sources as necessary (e.g. spreadsheets, file systems, and databases)

You have experience:

    • Proficiency in Salesforce.com reports and Hubspot capabilities
    • Experience in building a data library and dashboards for department and leadership read-outs
    • 4+ years of experience in Go-To-Market operations (sales/rev/biz ops), analytics, or strategy.
    • B2B SaaS experience required.
    • Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, feedback from sales, and understanding of the business.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and flawless execution
    • Flexible, patient, and able to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing work environment with competing priorities
    • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage deliverables from other stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes on time
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work within multi-disciplinary project teams
