We are Loadsmart and we are hiring a Business Analyst to help us work with internal stakeholders and customers to define what data/information/insights they need then design innovative solutions to provide insights in an easy-to-use manner. You will be capturing requirements through interviews, feedback forms, website usage reports, industry best practices, and idea generation exercises. Clarifying and prioritizing those requirements. Building (or managing the build process) of enhancements to a variety of analytical tools, then testing and validating updates. Provide feedback on the process and tools used to make updates.
We are a Series D-funded logistic technology company that has increased our revenue by 200% year over year, led by a leadership team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders and data scientists continuing to disrupt this $800 billion industry.

You have experience:
- Experience with data manipulation and visualization (MS Office products, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- 1+ years of transportation or supply chain experience
- Project management experience
- Handling requirements gathering
