As a Data Analyst Mid or Senior on the Claims Control Budget & Planning, Infrastructure & Assets, and Legal & Risk team, you’ll partner with a diverse customer group across Claims Control, Process, and other areas of the Enterprise. In this role, you'll own analysis projects across the agenda which have broad exposure to help drive decisions for our business partners while instilling creativity and innovation as you work to answer a spectrum of complex questions from our customer base. In addition to possessing intermediate technical and analytical skills, the successful candidate will leverage strong written and verbal communications as they build relationships and provide recommendations. Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 1 year analytical work experience.
- In lieu of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years of analytical work experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
- Intermediate technical aptitude in SQL and SAS
- Experience in data visualization (i.e. Tableau)
- Experience in Budget & Planning/Financial Analysis
- Strong communication including written, verbal, and relationship building skills
- Mentoring or coaching experience
Compensation
- $54,800 - $88,400/yearly depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 24-30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
