As a Manager of Data Analysis you’ll lead the Treasury Analysis team in developing, supporting and executing on the business objectives and strategic priorities. Your analyst team supports the Treasury organization by providing and analyzing data, developing and monitoring metrics, and reporting on our operational functions. Ideally you’ll possess both strong analytical and technical skills along with the ability to collaborate amongst various levels of employees across the organization. Additionally you'll partner with management to solve complex business issues and collaborate with senior management in developing longer term strategies.

Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or Statistics or other related fields of study and 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years' analyst experience and 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
Preferred Skills
- Proven aptitude for learning and using data analysis tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, DataFlux, etc.
- Proven ability to understand complex business problem
- Basic understanding of data structures
Compensation
- Manager: $92,100 - $131,500/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
