As a senior data analyst on the Usage Based Insurance team, you’ll provide critical project management and analytical support for the Emerging Telematics team.  In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on new insurance products and uses of telematics data, and new ways to get data from external sources including automobiles and phone apps.  You’ll work cross-functionally with people in IT, Acquisition, Agency Distribution, Marketing, Product and Legal. This is a fast paced, ever evolving workspace that is highly collaborative, requiring excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Remote work allowed.
 
Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
• Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
• Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience

Preferred skills

• Ability to perform analysis and create metrics for new products and partnerships, with experience manipulating data from multiple data sets as well as visualizing and presenting data.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to run tests and manage projects while focusing on organization, quality, and documentation.
• SQL, R or Python, and Tableau experience is preferred
• Ability and desire to learn while working in an adaptive, team-oriented environment. 

Compensation

• $66,300 to $88,400/year 
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
