As a Data Analyst Senior or Lead on the For Agents Only (FAO) Analytics team you'll work directly with business leaders and a team of process consultants and marketing resources. FAO is Progressive’s portal that manages all the interactions with our Independent Agent partners. Agent Experience is a key priority to continue growing Agency business and further capture market share. The FAO application is a leader in the marketplace for agent experience as it provides agents with a holistic view for their policies or claims and provides the ability to self-service policies for their customers. The analyst will mine and leverage FAO data to provide insights geared towards optimizing the user experience. This involves monitoring and evaluating changes to the platform, leveraging Unique ID data to develop and recommend personalization opportunities and assisting on ad hoc analytic requests from business leaders. Remote work allowed.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience
Preferred Skills
- Data analysis, data management and statistical packages such as SAS, SQL, R, Alteryx
- Data visualization tools such as Tableau and SSRS
- Advance capabilities with MS products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Compensation
- $66,300 - $107,000 depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
