Data Migration ETL Developer
Key Role:
Extract, transform, and load key data and metadata from the Oracle Data warehouse and ETL Code design in Informatica, using data migration tools, such as SQL Server Migration Assistant, to the new Azure Cloud Synapse database. Work independently to develop implementable code and design and develop unit and regression testing scripts. Work with a highly dynamic team, executing in an Agile program environment.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Informatica ETL development
5+ years of experience with Oracle DB
5+ years of experience with data migration
5+ years of experience with SQL and PLSQL
3+ years of experience working with data integration and data warehouse solutions
3+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting
3+ years of experience interpreting data, analyzing results, and using statistical techniques
Ability to design, build, deploy, and support end to end ETL processes
DHS Suitability
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Azure Synapse DB
Experience identifying and applying methods to cleansing data quality issues.
Experience with data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
Experience on an Agile delivery team
Experience with Jira and Confluence collaboration tools
Experience on Business Intelligence programs
Experience with scripting languages, such as Python
Experience working with Federal Government clients
Experience working with data types, including workforce, human capital, procurement, acquisitions, real property, personal property, security, logical, or physical access
Possession of strong verbal communications skills
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
