As a marketing data analyst on the commercial lines customer and agent experience team, you’ll focus on making it easy for our customers and independent agents to confidently manage their policies by meeting their needs when and how they want them. Your work will include data investigation, creating cost benefit analyses, and statistical modeling. A successful candidate has experience in creating reports that tell a story to drive business decisions from complex processes and datasets. Remote work allowed.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience
Preferred skills
- Advanced skill in SQL (T-SQL, IBM SQL)
- Intermediate to advanced skill in one or more Programming Language (Python, SAS, or R)
- Intermediate skill in one or more Data Presentation Tool (Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS, Excel)
- Proven ability to understand complex business problems and create measurable tests
Compensation
- $66,300 - $107,000/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
