The Marketing Data Operation Analyst will report to the Director of Marketing and will support the marketing
operation in growing both the Best Egg customer base and loan originations in channels including Direct
Mail, Email, Paid Search, Social, and Display. The Marketing Data Operation Analyst will effectively
implement Selection processes and tactics to support campaign strategies across Marlette’s Suite of
products. They will take ownership and maintain an industry-leading lead management and targeting
system. We are looking for a problem solver and someone truly passionate about data driving decisions.
Additional duties and responsibilities:

- Perform data audits and validations of campaign data
- Manage data flow and corresponding vendor coordination between Merkle (Prospect Database), Credit
- Bureaus, and Marlette
- Evolve the Marlette Lead Management Data Structure from Single to Multi-Product
- Partner with Decision Sciences and Marketing Analytics to develop and implement clear targeting datasets
- Automate marketing data flows to target destinations – Salesforce and LiveRamp
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance or related skillset
- Prior Data Engineering experience preferred
- 5+ years working experience with data management
- Excellent SQL knowledge
- 2+ years working in a Snowflake or RedShift data environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Capacity to prioritize and juggle projects simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced working environment with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm.
- Flexible and able to react professionally and efficiently to changes in schedules or project direction without sacrificing quality
- Exhibits a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Passion for delivering consistently high-quality work on schedule
