Reputation Office Data & Insights Lead

Key Role:

Design and implement a data and insights practice that measures the reputation of Booz Allen Hamilton, assesses outreach effectiveness, inform strategic decision-making, and enhance the Reputation Team’s ability to positively influence business outcomes. Partner with functional leads across the communications ecosystem to map cross-channel data sources and aggregate datasets for deeper insights into relevant issues, overall sentiment, share of voice, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder reach both internally and externally. Identify opportunities to execute research and polls that provide just-in-time insights on issues that impact strategic planning, outreach, and campaigns. Establish and manage a reputation dashboard and lead the process for the team’s executive reporting. Evaluate ongoing measurement tech stackand capabilities and bring on the right resources, partners, and technologies for the Reputation Team’s needs. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience serving in an analytical corporate communications, data storytelling, digital strategy, digital transformation, strategic thinking, tech stack management, or user experience design role

  • Experience with integrated communications strategies, including quantitative and qualitative measurement approaches 

  • Experience with digital communications platforms for internal and external audiences 

  • Experience creating communications measurement dashboards, reports, and case studies for both tactical practitioners and executive leaders 

  • Experience selecting and partnering with software and service providers to inform procurement and integration of external and internal datasets for seamless reporting and insights 

  • Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
