As Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for making platform and CRM data more accessible, understandable, and usable. You will learn to transform, improve, and integrate data, depending on the business requirements, plan and scope end-to-end data analysis projects by identifying the business problem and selecting appropriate investigative testing and solutions. Additionally, you will learn how to automate data gathering, blending, and transformation of data.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to data mining, data cleansing/processing, and data analysis initiatives for media analytics projects
- Be responsible for making platform and CRM data more accessible, understandable, and usable
- Transform, improve, and integrate data, depending on the business requirements, plan and scope end-to-end data analysis projects by identifying the business problem and selecting appropriate investigative testing and solutions, and use SQL and BigQuery to combine data sets across multiple sources
- Deliver data in a useful and appealing way to technical and non-technical audiences, and communicate results by creating presentations and/or dashboards that tell a succinct and compelling business story, driving decisions through research results
- Automate data gathering, blending, and transformation of data and work across various departments to understand client needs
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of hands-on data analysis experience within an agency or in-house environment, including 3+ years of Cross-Channel Attribution and Incrementality Measurement experience
- Intermediate to advanced programming skills (R or Python) are required for data cleaning, data modeling, building pipelines, API calls, etc.
- Advanced experience in SQL (i.e., window functions, stored procedures, and views, Triggers, Unions, CTEs, subqueries, debugging)
- Experience with at least one BI platform and the ability to learn others (i.e. Looker, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Datorama, etc.)
