The Senior Decision Execution Analyst will be a critical member of the Data and Advanced Analytics Team and will be responsible for implementing and validating the Credit Strategy. The candidate will have a specific focus on translating business requirements into decision system specifications. This will include management of key projects ensuring implementation and testing is completed in a timely manner; working with cross-functional teams across both the internal business and our financial marketplace partners to deliver best-in-class products, services, and features to our customers; and the ability to work on multiple initiatives efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintain the Credit Specification documents and translate new business requirements into clear technical specifications.
    • Perform User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing on all Credit changes.
    • Develop repeatable and scalable data quality audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Automate existing and future processes using SAS, Python, SQL, MS Excel and Power BI platforms.
    • Develop and maintain Credit performance trend reporting and BI Dashboards on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis.
    • Fulfill data requests and simulations per the Credit Strategy team’s request.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, Computer Science or other quantitative major required
    • 2-4 years’ experience in a similar analytic role
    • Previous experience in finance industry is preferred
    • Must be proficient in SAS, SQL and MS Excel
    • Experience with Python preferred
    • Experience with PowerPivot or PowerBI a plus
    • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong self-discipline for organized code and file versioning
    • Passionate about reducing manual or repetitive work when designing and building tools used by internal colleagues
    • Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member

In addition to semi-monthly salary payments, this position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Salary range $75,000 - $120,000.
