This Data Analyst will join as an analytical leader within the Forecasting & program team at Gopuff. Forecasting and planning is critical for Gopuff to efficiently manage the labor planning and scheduling process. The expectation for this role is to support the core analytical components of the labor planning process while helping build analytical tools and reporting to power future roadmap items.
You Will:
- Have a strong analytical toolkit. SQL, Sigma, Looker. Python is a plus
- Have domain knowledge of labor planning, modeling, simulation, and finance
- Have a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit with relentlessly high standards and high attention to detail
- Be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams from Product to Ops to Finance
You Have:
- 3+ years in an analytical role supporting a business team
- Curiosity around data and willingness to continue to go deeper and learn about our business
- Expert-level SQL and excel knowledge. Python experience is a plus
- Experience building intuitive dashboards, reports, and analyses for easy dissemination
- Expert presentation skills
- The ability to synthesize complex datasets and topics into actionable insights
- The ability to generate buy-in from stakeholders
Compensation:
- Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. Remote (New York)
- Salary Range: USD $76,000 - $120,800
- The salary range above reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
