Gopuff is seeking an experiencedTechnical Product Manager of MarTech. As Martech tPM, you will shape our technology strategy and roadmap to drive powerful growth for Gopuff through our marketing channels. As part of the team, you will own technology solutions for all digital marketing channels. In addition, you will collaborate with other functions to create innovative solutions and manage data pipelines for digital advertising and consumer insights at scale.

As part of the growth Marketing team - you will work to understand the channel strategy, business needs and existing challenges of the business. From there you will be responsible for crafting a prioritized and actionable roadmap. Applying rigor and transparency, you will build and share operational metrics, as well as progress made on prioritized initiatives. You will have the ability to take conceptual conversations to the next level and provide a solution approach, high-level sizing, and potential challenges.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with growth marketing leads across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates and SEO to identify growth opportunities and build solution roadmaps
  • Work with cross functional partners on Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and BI in order to build automated platforms to optimize and deploy spend across digital marketing channels
  • Identify and facilitate building the technologies that help Gopuff acquire customers
  • Develop/execute a roadmap to improve our attribution and measurement, facilitate incrementality testing and adapt to changes in the marketing landscape (e.g. CCPA, iOS 14, Firebase changes)
  • Maintain and improve the data pipelines, integrations and tooling that enable Gopuff growth marketing team to leverage new marketing channels, improve targeting and efficiency of spend
  • Maintain and develop the strategy for the platform investments that Gopuff can make to enhance our customer acquisition and engagement efforts, including paid marketing, SEO, and incentives
  • Monitor data quality, system integrations and analytical output is accurate and meets the business needs
  • Lead integration and onboarding of new digital growth channels
  • Be proactive about customer needs; don’t wait for others to make a request
  • Influence the business strategy cross-company for areas of ownership
  • Act as MarTech champion to assist with acquisition funnels.
  • Champion new marketing channel integration, technology software or upgrade features. This includes; testing, post-launch monitoring and configuring tools to enable long term success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of martech, product management or relevant experience 
  • Breadth of domain experience, ideally inclusive of ecommerce and physical goods fulfillment and digital marketing and advertising
  • Experience working with digital marketing teams
  • Experience working with teams via Agile/Scrum processes
  • Can have a fluid conversation with engineering architects and translate between business stakeholders and tech
  • Experience in high growth tech startups
  • Experience using metrics/analytics to shape product decisions
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficient in SQL and more advanced data analysis tools
