Love to analyze data and provide insights to the business highlighting business trends and supporting business decisions?  The People Analytics Analyst will be a key member within the People & Culture team. The People Analytics Analyst will provide data and insight to help guide business decisions. The team seeks an Analyst to assist in the recurring, and ad hoc reporting and analysis to ensure visibility for senior management of business performance, headcount tracking and people related trends.  You will work cross-functionally to break down complex problems and provide actionable insights supporting the organization’s data-driven decision-making capabilities.  This is a role for a hands-on candidate looking to help a growing company scale against an exciting vision.

You Will:

  • Design, develop and implement scalable reporting solutions to drive business decisions and measure success of programs and initiatives
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity within the business and leverage data to create actionable insights
  • Manage and maintain change management rhythms within the business.
  • Support Gopuff’s headcount management and planning process
  • Perform proactive diagnostic analysis on key P+C measures, trends, and hot spots, and surface meaningful, actionable insights and recommendations to leaders
  • Respond to leadership and stakeholders for a variety of on-demand P+C ad-hoc analytical and continuous improvement requests, as needed.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics or have other related experience; high-growth or early stage startup experience is a plus
  • Ability to breakdown complex problems and deliver insights & recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex dataset to drive actionable outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with a high focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Creative with a point-of-view, but always open to new ideas and collaborating closely with a cross-functional team
  • Excited to solve unique and challenging problems
  • Knowledge of Workday, Lever, Tableau and or Looker a plus

Compensation

  • Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. For additional information on this role’s compensation package, please reach out to the designated recruiter for this role.
  • Salary Range (varies based on a cost of labor index for geographic area within United States): USD $76,000 - USD $120,800
